JOYAS DE POLIPROPILENO / POLYPROPYLENE JEWELS

La firma Lazerian apuesta por la innovación en el diseño industrial usando materiales livianos, resistentes y todo ello envuelto de diseño. El polipropileno, un polímero termoplástico, es usado como materia prima en su colección de joyería ofreciendo hasta catorce modelos/versiones diferentes. El blanco y el negro son los protagonistas, y las curvas sinuosas conforman el resto.

Lazerian commitment to innovation in industrial design using lightweight materials, durable and design wrapped up. The polypropylene, a thermoplastic polymer, is used as raw materials in her jewelry collection providing fourteen models and different versions. The white and black are the protagonists, and the sinuous curves make up the rest.

Las fibras de la chaguar (en lengua quechua) o caraguatá (en lengua guaraní), teñidas en vivos colores y a partir de procedimientos tradicionales y pigmentos naturales, se unen a la plata en la colección Fwi de la diseñadora argentina Graciela Lescano. Bonitas piezas entre lo moderno y el recuerdo inevitable de nuestros orígenes.

The fibers of the chaguar (in Quechua language) or caraguatá (in Guarani language), dyed in bright colors and from traditional methods and natural pigments, join the silver in the collection of designer FWI Argentina Graciela Lescano. LA LIGEREZA DEL ALUMINIO / THE LIGHTNESS OF ALUMINUM

En la web de la joven diseñadora peruana Belén Soto se puede leer "Advertencia: son diseños únicos, malcriados y egocéntricos. Tienden al protagonismo. Su uso prolongado puede generar adicción".  El alumnio, la resina, cuero, plástico... dan forma a las piezas de Pushkala, la firma creada por Belén. Siempre buscando formas divertidas y sorprendentes con los materiales más diversos, y en función de lo que a la artista guste "jugar", se consiguen unas joyas vitalistas y originales. Lo "chic" vuelve a tener sentido.

Las dos nuevas colecciones de Hila Rawet están compuestas por piezas ligeras, cargadas de movimiento y con el color como elemento destacado. Tanto Kipul, colección de piezas realizadas con papel plegado, como Kishut, de plástico y metal, comprenden joyas con formas estudiadas, inquietas, juveniles y llenas de elasticidad.

TECLAS DE ORDENADOR RECICLADAS / RECYCLED KEYBOARDS

Marta Rampazzo y Nicola Genovese unieron sus fuerzas creativas para un interesante proyecto en el que se mezcla joyería con reciclado, y la tecnología como transfondo aunque sólo sea de manera figurada. Las piezas de los teclados se convierten en el motivo principal de anillos o broches (en función del tamaño), una apuesta que destaca por su sencillez y por el siempre tan respetable (y necesario) arte de reciclar.

Marta Rampazzo and Nicola Genovese joined their creative forces for an interesting project that is mixed with recycled jewelry, and technology as inspiration. Keyboards parts become the main reason for rings or pins (depending on size), a bet that stands out for its simplicity and by the ever so respectable (and necessary) art of recycling.
